Born in 1984, he graduated at the University of Padua with a final dissertation on “Patents and trademarks protection under Italian Criminal Law”, and is admitted to the bar of Padua.
He joined Studio Giove since its opening.
Since the beginning of his career, he has focused exclusively on IP and IT, both in contentious and non-contentious matters. He is specialized in litigations involving trademarks, patents, copyright, design and unfair competition. He has acquired a significant experience in drafting and negotiating contracts related to software, mobile apps, social network, online gaming and e-commerce portals. He has assisted clients in international domain name disputes.
In 2011, he attended the “Chinese IP Law” course at Peking University – School of Government in Beijing.
He is a member of LES International, EPLAW and AIPPI.
He is fluent in English and has a working knowledge of French and Spanish. He is the author of several articles and essays in the field of IP/IT published in the law journal Il Diritto Industriale.
